What might 2013 holds for UK's Separated/Divorced Dads in general, for Scottish Dads in Particular?

I wish all UK's Dads and Children those who are erroneously denied contact with their dads- the Best of Luck for 2013. I hope this year will bring us all reasonable change and be the Year of justice for UK's Children and separated/divorced dads who are unjustifiably- and at times unlawfully denied access to their kids. 

I undoubtedly know how painful this time of the year is for all Dads and kids at my and my daughter's position! I share their sufferings as it's mine too!! I share the sufferings of all Children who are unreasonably disallowed contacts with their loving dads as it is similar with my daughters' ongoing anguish that she never tells to anyone as all involved are systematically cooperating in increasing hers and her dad's anguish. The effect of their unlawful actions will be a life long!! That is why I mourn day and night for the uncertain futurity of my daughter if the situation continues as it's.     

Dear UK's Separated/Divorced Dads,

I strongly believe that the Status-Quo in relation to the ways the family courts function in the UK shouldn't be allowed to continue. It's totally biased!! Let alone at UK's standard, it's totally unacceptable at dictatorial regime's court's standards in relation to Children -once their cases are taken to courts and politics uninvolved. There must be a change in the way the Family Courts here in Scotland in particular and the UK in general operate. It doesn't fit for the purposes of Peaceful, Democratic, Civilised and Just Western World. I don't think that just one lawyer or Curator, Reporter or Judge with whatever hidden agendas behind; most of whom obliviously disregard following the legal requirements, are allowed to freely decide on the fates of very little children at their tender ages!! And the Children shouldn't be used as weapons for punishing dads- which is the case in most UK's CW Courts!!

It makes me to feel the saddest person in my life when I critically see how systematically all involved covered up and overlooked the issues the law requires them to raise when they deal  with sensitive matters related with Children. It took me a good few years to genuinely realise that most of those involved play game at the expenses of the sufferings of the dads and the untold anguish of often misguidedly and wrongly advised Children to hate their dads (without understanding why). 

To affect such abhorring acts against the rights of Children, there is one particular Curator in one of Scotland's CW Court who tirelessly works against men and known for her heinous viciousness whose reputation is worst than that of the regime I fled persecution from 13 years ago. She doesn't bother following the elementary requirements the procedure demands her when she takes up one case to automatically make some £6,000-£12,000 in the first 3-5 months (on single case alone-she might have five- six- ten). Then she requests the judges to stop contact with dads whilst compiling her report for which she asks for an extension of time, time and again. The hearings get postponed on numerous occasions due to Mrs X's repeated requests. 

Finally, Mrs X presents her reports after several months (during which time she makes sure that the mothers brainwash their kids against their dads- and she also gets involved in convincing Children that they don't need their dads and their dads might be actually dangerous to them). Mrs X's report is usually full of vulgarism and unwarranted insults against dads (for the future I'll scan and post such a document after getting the necessary consent of individuals involved). Most of Mrs X's report is incomprehensibly unlawful for UK based courts and I wonder why the UK's law regulatory body allows such a person to practice at sensitive area related with Children). Mrs X's report is usually incriminates dads and filled up with unrelated rhetoric involving political, religious, social circumstances of the dads entirely strange to the case. In general, Mr's X comes up with the fabricated crimes of her own version and more importantly unlawfully and unjustifiably blackmailing dads. None of judges ask her why she does so! Rather they support her in the court. 

Instead, the Judges praise Mrs X for her good work by reminding the dads how so experienced Mr X is without asking whether she had followed up the requirements the law obliges her to adhere to. For instances, Mrs X is legally required to observe the kids with both parent before she makes such a report. However, in most cases Mrs X overlooks this part by simply observing mum and kids, she makes her final obvious decision- which is disallowing contact based on her and her collaborator -the irresponsible mothers' version of fabricated allegations. Although the judge has got obligation if the other party raises about this fact, this hardly has happened. Sadly, time and again the judges din't bother, but happily agree with Mrs X to disallow the contact. The appeal continues for years!! The money making system for  the empire continues!!  

From my experience which is still ongoing since end of the end of 2009, I learnt the very viciousness of humanity to fellow human being!! In particular continually torturing children at their very tender ages will be morally wrong and politically incorrect. This is what I'm seeing happening in front of my eyes. This is not a fictitious narratives.  Rather it's the reality under which the UK's separated/Divorced dads including this writers live. The irony here is that most African's, most Latin Americans, Far East and Asians mostly don't restrict post separation or divorce contacts with dads. Therefore, when I talk to some of friends from these regions they can't comprehend that I'm saying and never believe me that is the case until I take time to convince them.  

The ethos, the principles and the ultimate reason for which Children Welfare Courts are established is to safeguard the welfare of Children. To protect their rights! This is not entirely the case at the moment!! Although I don't deny the fact that there are genuinely honest judges, reporters, Curators and Solicitors, however, there are still serious matters to be looked into- if the system is to meet the standard of the Civilised world in the 21st Century. The current UK's case is very far from the above!

May Justice prevail on behalf of Victims!!
