UK's Children's Rights Organisations & information on Inconsistency of UK's law with Regard to rights of fathers after Divorce.

There are numerous organisations working to protect the rights of Children in the UK with little outcome. My strong believe is unshakable on that Children have got legal rights to be independently represented where their needs must be priority at all times.

Promoting Children's rights in the UK and Worldwide web site provides with comprehensive information pertaining this.

There are numerous others organisations- all of which making little or no positive differences to the lives of Children and their fathers to date!! In particular in Scotland the situation is getting out of touch!! Blatantly abusing her/his public position, one person is allowed to erroneously decide on the fate of very little children at their very tender ages in mother's favour. The mothers are also advised by the curators/reporters and some times judges to badmouth the fathers of their estranged kids and at times practically teach them that they don't need their father in their lives.

The system should make the interests and the needs of the Children their ultimate priority, not the estranged couples' for whatever reasons, which is the case currently. To make the system fair, just, unbiased and workable, it must change unconditionally!!
