Children (Scotland) Act 1995 Clearly states out in Black and White how and why Child's Welfare protection Authorities are Established. Besides, as the Act is open for personal interpretations, unjustifiable Manipulations and erroneous assumptions based on deep rooted stereotype (since 196o/70s), the Judges, the Curators and the Solicitors block, delay and deliberately make the case to take several years to deal with the issue of one Child (by depriving kids' contact with their loving fathers without justifiable reasons). 

By doing so, the aforementioned groups reduce the system to the levels of bellow (in relation to kids rights once taken to court) the developing world countries mockery of justice; and use the processes as their lucrative personal enterprises where the elements use the system (that is established for the noble causes of safeguarding children)  for maximising their businesses. 

If some one with unsettling experiences from any dictatorial regime's country goes to the courts, it will be profoundly Shocking to see how such a system in the first place is allowed to function in a Free and Civilised Western Country!! Why? Why Fathers are regarded Criminals without their Crime? Why Kids are obliviously Punished to satisfy the hatred of irresponsible groups of mothers and Curators? 

Equally, there are exceptionally excellent mothers- out there who leave the issues between them and their estranged husband/partner aside and facilitate for the kids to have an unrestricted contact with their fathers!! Those are the type of mothers the whole UK needs to save the generation of kids from reckless mothers who don't care for their welfare!!

This blog is dedicated to the Scottish Kids and Dads who are often misunderstood, erroneously misjudged and became victims of deep rooted and backward stereotype against men without justifiable reasons. This is an out of come a four year injustice that all involved systematically and obliviously imposed on this blogger and indirectly on his daughter. The Children Welfare Courts (CWC) are extremely one-sided throughout these all times and at times the judges, the curator and lawyers blatantly fail to adhere to the legal requirements and procedures not only obliviously violating the fundamental rights of fathers and kids but also undermining the integrity of the justice systems! 

It's also for hundreds of Children who are so confused, misguidedly told bad stories about their loving dads, brainwashed and manipulated by some of their irresponsible mothers who become venomously vindictive after they are separated from their partners/husbands with ultimate focus on inflicting the biggest pain possible on fathers with whom they had their child and once they fell in love with......without realising the long term consequences of their reckless and selfish actions against the very rights of their own children. This is possible for them simply because the CWCs are extremely biased and one sided . 

This blog also aims to bring various perspectives to this critical issue from others countries contexts and challenges the stereotype against men that must be looked with fresh eye for the justice to be served on behalf of kids and dads in Scotland and wider UK.
